Does this mean I must to have 10 merits to be able to rank up to member rank?
I'm not sure I can get merit, because for me to get 1 merit it is very difficult.
People who read just the first post and then reply shouldn't gain any merits...
You have to admit that is better than the (stunningly vast) majority that don't even read the first post and reply anyway...
