Yes it is possible for bitcoin to be tax like in other country. And it is good for bitcoiners they can transac anytime they want just follow the regulations of government. Taxation is one of the issue why many countries don't accept bitcoin. If bitcoin has tax then it is better than bitcoin is banned in one country.
