there are many causes of insomnia, but most are psychological problems, maybe you are a lot of problems that you think about, less coffee and tea and regular exercise can make us healthier and better sleep

Maybe you are right. Because i am thinking a lot about my work,plans etc. Maybe it is better to sleep with listening music to avoid thinking.
