Do you exchange USD to eth, ltc (after selling), or other crypto and then send them back to the original exchange? This is the only moment I don't understand. this doesnt work, if it did then inherently the opportunities would not exist. Do not fall for this scam, the person of the website is probably waiting for high traffic to infect with virus on the site, its as simple as allowing java to run on site and you are infected. The opportunities are only showing on highly unreliable scam brokers.
