yep.. I regret there's no death penalty in some countries. you should be human to humans only
Now the vast majority of the countries have removed death penalty from the list of punishments that may be given to the criminals. And in most of the cases, this is having negative consequences. The crime rates are shooting up, and the criminals are no longer afraid to commit horrific crimes.
