Hi rudicode, we haven't set exact dates yet. We have quite a bit more dev work to do before we are ready for ICO/exchange listing. I don't want to set a date and then have to move it backwards if we run in to problems/delays. There's an up-to-date timeline here:-

Having said that we are currently finalizing the terms and details for the ICO because they need to be included in the smart contract and these will be announced hopefully this month.
