I have deposited $180 worth of BTC in my account, received the timed invoice, sent the money to the address, clicked "I have paid" but this time I receive an error that says the transaction was yet to be aknowledged by their system. I wait another 3 minutes, hit the button, same error.
Timer eventually runs out and the invoice expires without my transaction being aknowledged.
 
I contact support, I illustrate the problem to the guy who appears to play dumb and says the money will be funded to my wallet if I wait 6 confirmations, and no matter how many times I try to shove it through his skull, he doesn't want to understand that the transaction wasn't even aknowledged in the first place. I think my money is gone forever.

I will update this post if I get the problem solved, but in the meanwhile, you may want to refrain from depositing funds
