Standard in this countries is small and their campaigns and ICOs can bring them the nice amount of income that can cover their expenses in a regular life.
Western countries have a bigger standard and they can actually earn a beer money.
Everything depends on the crypto earning capabilities of the certain individual. I cannot say that the eastern countries are prevailing here on the forum but with the most ICOs that don't approve the US citizens in their campaigns Bitcoin is populated by the Europe, Asia, Africa.
