this is not new in terms of bounties. there are so many people who uses others profile and work in order just to cheat and have some reward for them selves.

this must be brought up to the manager as soon as possible to teach lesson to this guy.

They are people who wants yo steal the works of others. I'm sure that this kind of doings should eliminate. Yes you should report that to thr bounty section so they could finalize it before ICO ends.

Well that there was a man who figured out a crook. It pleases that there are vigilant people. Only now I think bounty managers would do it at the end of the campaign.
