Judging by the road map, it is too early to conclude such agreements. The project will most likely start working no sooner than 2020

Anyway, project team must have discussed such perspective with potential buyers. Terms, prices, etc. Quite strange if you run a project, get investments, but really not sure about people who will pay for the service.
Look above, the partners already have, so everything is in order, do'nt worry Smiley
