nong mga unang nag palevel 3 narinig ko na yan ang ginamit pa nila e yung skype para sa process nila na yan , para sakin naman wala naman pong problema sa gnyang process e kasi rights din nila na malegit check yung customer kung sya nga yun .
Well i was already lvl 3 since last year and ngayon ko lng natanggap un. Now, rights is out of the topic. This is more like a financial surveillance of their customers. And i dont think that the best way to approach on proving an identity considering security and privacy. However that's sort of expected from a centralise and regulated environment. Might as well request for my genetic information lol
