Stratum proxy for algo SHA256D

Installation:

   Install nodejs
   Download and unzip the proxy
   Go to the Stratum-proxy-SHA256-1.1.0 folder
   Set dependencies npm i ./src/Proxy/
   Run node ./src/Proxy/

Miners connect to 4444 port.

Proxy limits difficyly.
