Working hard is different from working hard. Working smart is the act of using your brain to lighten your work. While working hard is your focusing all your strength in that certain work.

I think this two is comparison working smart vs. Working hard. In doing a job its better that you must think first on how you will do that job.  You have a game plan or strategies,  so that you will be guided. Then apply your strengths in doing your job you must work hard so that you can gain a success.

Just think of the people just like Bill Gates who chose to drop out to school because he found out an interesting invention, he chose to be working smart and working as well, he proves that it is not how well we are in school, but how well we are in our life.
