The big speculation players haven't even discovered it yet because the exchanges it has been on are not tracked on CoinMarketCap. The project is not dead, the people behind it are working to get listed on a better exchange.

Any project with working applications is viable. Instead of looking at the current value, look at the current developmen ie: Poker room that uses the coin, Android (and soon iPhone) mobile app to play Poker with it. All of this is well beyond most similar projects.

The minute this actually does hit a larger exchange I expect the speculators to see what has actually been developed and the new upcoming roadmap and invest accordingly which will lead to a price rise.
