Even you do not know they could be traced down by the police once the complaint is officially launched. They have a cyber cell team who can trace them and put them behind the bars if the need be or depend upon the crime or theft they have done. One should go and register the complain if you have being cheated.
Hmm, I'm not quite knowledgeable in laws, but right now in my place there are no laws that are regulating cryptocurrencies, so that means if I loss something or when someone cheat, scam or hacked me, there is no way to pursue the case?
I am on my own, right?
And when it comes to international grounds, can I still file a case to the person or what you call villain even if they are in a different country?
