As far as I understood - every day the closing prices of stock market indices at NYSE or NASDAQ are like 10,021.31

Then MOS Lottery takes the ending numbers of these indices to compile the winning numbers for the lottery. As the code and everything else is transparent and assuming no one can fix the winning numbers on the official stock markets, it means that it will be very easy to keep everyone honest in the system.
