Hi valerivalev, here are a few pool options. BSOD hashes a good amount of blocks and they've been stable and up-to-date. The official community pool hashes blocks as well, at a lower rate, but if you're planning on mining for more than a few hours, then you should average relatively the same amount of rewards.

I have tried to mine RAPTURE in those pools, they work fine. However, Neoscrypt is difficult algorithm that result in low total number of coins mined each day. Sorry, but I have to move to other coins to mine.
