Usually if the bitcoin's price went down will be followed by almost all of alternative coins include to Neo, but just relax due to the price of bitcoin is starting up trend and usually will be followed by alternative coins too include Neo coin. So it is just about the time for Neo goes up again, i don't see about the news related with NEO coin and i think NEO's price went down is not because of the news in my personal analysis.
