That's what I suggested somewhere else. Roll a 6 sided casino grade dice, about 100 times.

If you get a 1, write down 0.
If you get a 2, write down 1.
If you get a 3, write down 2.
If you get a 4, write down 3.
If you get a 5, write down 4.
If you get a 6, write down 5.

You could also use 16 sided dice, there's one that's even called and labeled "hexadecimal dice".
