Anyone having problems to do trading on their exchange ??.
Since several days it's not possible to trade, they claim that is is due to the transition of STAR
can you pls. indicate if trading is working with you ??
They won't respond to emails so that's already bad signal.

I used to trade on this exchange some of the new coins which are not available to trade on bittrex but a couple of months back I faced missing coins from my account and no response from the support team. It is a bad sign so I stopped trading on this exchange but somehow I managed to withdraw all my coins after waiting for few days but until now no response from their support team for those old tickets.
It is funny to me that a lot of people just normally prefer taking a huge risk even when all the signs are glaring. Unfortunately for the OP, there is no support to report anything to.
The reason why still people use this websites means
I used to trade on this exchange some of the new coins which are not available to trade on bittrex
This is the main reason, every shitcoins are listed in there sites so to convert those shitcoins we don't have other option because all reputed sites like Bittrex, Binance etc these sites will not entertain any shitcoins.
