I teach at the college level and I haven't noticed many (if any) students whose performance is affected by Bitcoin.  For those who struggle to balance Bitcoin and school, I assume if it wasn't BTC, there would be something else that would draw the student's attention away.  For me, it was the internet and message boards when I was in college
