This is I observe the parking rate is decreasing so for now I wait for the price to drops for me to buy more. I also hope the parking rate could go back to normal weekly/monthly percent.

What is normal for you? I really do not think the  parking rate  can be larger  due to very low volume exposed on market, sad thing, but  think downtrend in   the parking interest thats exactly whats going to happen.
