Please excuse my ignorance but apart from the info in the OP, is there any other info about Danny Brewster or any body else evolved in this?

Is it just normal for IPOs of this size to just put up a Prospectus and a small website and raise so much funding? am I just being over paranoid??

And a company search for Lmb Subsidiaries gives no results
