I think for the yearly rate there is no reason to be decreased.
Atm the Monthly is 11,4 %

=>1,114 ^ 12 = ~3,65 Thats 365% per year !!!!

So the 70 % from yearly is really low compared to monthly.

And the 70% are about 4,5% monthly.
