As a fan of Bitcoin and all things space and astronomy, I'm very interested in the connection of the two areas: blockchain tech and space travel.
So what do you think - will we, the human race, take BTC and other blockchain tech with us in space? When we will literally go to the moon, and to mars, etc., will Bitcoin remain relevant?
Looking forward to stimulating discussions with you all!
You can only use the bitcoin or every other cryptocurrency if you can access the internet so my response to you will be if from soace you can have the wifi connection from your local starbucks store then K think that can be arranged. OTHerwise I really think that when we accomplish space travel bringing with us our bitcoin or any other physical currency would be the least of our worries as we would all be excited or looking forward to new things and stuff and that includes our financial system
Blockstream Satellite is the worlds first service that already broadcasts real-time Bitcoin transactions and blocks from a group of satellites in space. With their service, everyone has free access to the Bitcoin network, in any corner of the world, including the people not currently connected to the Internet, due to lack of availability or affordability.
