I did not receive my BTCP's from tradesatoshi.com (after fork snapshoot ZCL/BTCP) !

All ZCl's (17.08987161 ZCL) were received on my account tradesatoshi.com before fork snapshoot ZCl/BTCP.

But I received from tradesatoshi.com only 1.95776280 BTCP (not 17.08987161 BTCP).

Where are more than 15 of my BTCP ?

tradesatoshi.com received all these 17.08987161 BTCP.

On the site tradesatoshi.com (in the section of support ) was created ticket 26986 (date 7.03.2018).
No answer from them.

Upd.  ! Today (13.03.2018) TS has credited to me all my BTCP coins to the balance! )))
