I think sir theymos wanted to have service like this made by forum members so that forum can keep the illegal and scam websites away from the forum. This was in effort to have clean forum with no scammers around here. I'm definitely sure that your website might just get recognise very fast as there had been No such service and also theymos has not gotten any fruitful results from the community members. You could be game changer if the service really worth providing the valid data.
