Could you share some more on what's to come in v3?

Will the fee be edited? Something more sustainable? Min transfer from 0-5000 to be 0.1 DCY. And maybe over that it's a percentage? So that there will actually be some fee earnings on mining?

Now I see several pools use 0.001 DCY for fee!
