Еще с 6 марта не могу войти в свой аккаунт на Binance, так как не приходит СМС с кодом для входа. Написал в поддержку, они говорят что с их стороны проблем нет, смс отправляется без проблем.
Предлагают сменить телефон, привязанный к аккаунту, для этого нужно пройти верификацию и выслать кучу документов.
Кто-то сталкивался с такой проблемой? Какие документы отсылали? Вот перечень, но понять его не так просто:
1st pic: ID cover (if you have a passport)
2nd pic: front and back side of your ID card with personal information and keep it clearly and tidy .
3rd pic: selfie with the front side of your ID card and handwritten note of "reset cellphone xxxxx"[xxxx is your actual cellphone number in Binance system] with your current date (month,day,year) . Crumple up the paper and open it up before or after you have written the date and your request on it. When completed, the paper should be crumpled but the handwritten note should still be CLEARLY visible.
