Mandatory Upgrade - for Entire Network (including Sanctuaries)
This upgrade increased my sanctuary's constant CPU usage from 6% to about 33%. Can anyone else confirm this on their VPS?
My CPU stayed at 4% before and after upgrading, but I have always had
