Mandatory Upgrade - for Entire Network (including Sanctuaries)
This upgrade increased my sanctuary's constant CPU usage from 6% to about 33%. Can anyone else confirm this on their VPS?
Mining is on by default, you can try turning it off.
why mining is on by default?is this any benefit？
It's for network integrity, since the hashrate on the network has decreased dramatically. The cpu usage should be very low however, you can lower it even more if you want to.
