Not seems that it's a good project. Dead thread on bitcointalk it's really bad. Maybe it's not main channel, but still important.
Not always projects with a good thread on the forum collect enough funds, it usually happens on the contrary and top projects have a very weak thread first, and it begins to develop after the ICO!
