I have created my token on Stellar Network. But, I'm confused how to add a description (simple doc describing) my Token.
How do I add a Description to my token according to this step "Publish information about your token" at https://www.stellar.org/blog/tokens-on-stellar/

How to create a simple doc describing my token, as explained in the Step 5 – "Publish information about your token"?
Can someone help me with a detailed explanation of the steps?
