When you say making the forum cleaner, you have seen the garbage, report them. if there are too many for you to handle, convince administration to charge a fee per post if a member has 10 consecutive garbage posts. who would determine if they are garbage or not? merit sources. if merit sources are trusted to reward quality, you should trust them with stopping the ones posting garbage.
This would limit too many legitimate users I think personally not everyone can come out with quality replies straight off the bat having just entered the world of cryptocurrencies. If it's literally just posting "Thanks" or "Great project" I would hope that if they had 10 consecutive posts like that they would already be banned. If they have 10 poor quality posts as a newbie I don't think we should be that harsh on them and require them to pay a fee. I've certainly made poor posts in my time here and so as many others.
