I have an account on this stock exchange but I don't use it. Very inconvenient interface and lack of support for the most common Bank cards visa and MasterCard. Probably it is necessary to solve this problem. I understand when such problems arise at the opening. It is impossible to foresee everything. But the reluctance to change significantly limits the influx of new users to you.

We would suggest to stay away from Kraken. As their support is just a plain farce.

Just see the following example:

Hey Septimus(-crime),
still no news on the market manipulation issue...or are there any and you just dont share them?

The usual reminder as the problem seems to be going on still.

as Kraken obviously is just trying to ignore this, again the reminder...
still waiting for your answer Kraken...


Today I made a Profit take order including a conditional close with stop loss order for ZEC/EUR and it was not triggered despite the price going way below

Ahhhhh, the problem is still not solved then. As expected as Kraken was not giving any answer about this.

@anatol1987 : If you look back a few pages, you will see that we have been asking Kraken to explain this issue, and also explain how customers are to distinguish between "fake" pikes and "real" pikes. In the end you will probably get a few Kraken fee credits if you keep nagging l;long enough, but then you will be answered with a bunch of silence from Kraken.

so, again... to ALL Kraken customers. Be advised Kraken is still manipulating its markets. Either by showing fake trades/OHCL data, or by neglecting to solve this problem which has been going on since at least spring 2017 (thus last year)

We are still waiting for answers to the questions posed in this thread. Please scroll back a few pages and you will find them. Furthermore, we are still waiting for your apology for lying to us and everybody else about this issue a few pages back. Anatol's post clearly shows again that you have not gotten to the bottom of this issue even though you posted  that it was solved.

Maybe we can quote it until they answer an do something, after 1000 pages it could have an impact.


maybe the new member of the team (augustus) can (or better say: ...is willing to...) answer this? And please don't start lying like your colleague Septimus

Btw, does Septimus really need help to post replies such as, please open a ticket and escalate?
