But to clear up your obvious misconceptions: TurtleCoin (TRTL) is not a token. It is a standalone coin that is a fork of Bytecoin.
I'm inclined to err on the side of this being bestpikka and fortelen shitposting for their respective sig campaigns; fortelen's post history - the only one I wasted time checking - certainly isn't worth reading.
