Which pool would this be then ? I'm mining on Spacepools for some time now (with good results) and these are the blocks (average time 2 mins) it's been finding https://etn.spacepools.org/#pool_blocks
I've also used MiningPoolHub, average block time 14 minutes or so, it's OK but I think Spacepools is a little better https://electroneum.miningpoolhub.com/index.php?page=statistics&action=blocks
