Just fixing your facts

Bitfury 400Ghs = 256 chips = 1,56 Gh/s per chip
Ebay Device 115= 40 chips = 2,87 Ghs/ per chip

With the current rate of difficulty and up is much more profitable than 256 chips had a hashrate of 734 Gh/s
