Where's my refund?
I was told it was queued. that was a few weeks ago.
I tried to register on the website, but it wouldn't accept my name.
If they're not going to refund me where are my chips?
Your refund will be not given, because all remaining chips have arrived.
Your chips are now with Zefir, if you did not set shipping address on website yet (I assume so, if you saying about login problems now). You should register there 3 months ago, you know?
PM Zefir now and sort it out. You will have to pay shipping costs to get your chips.
