There is no merit to that suggestion. 
The merit system is working well, and it's time members learnt to live with it.
yeah because you can get hero member rank without merit system.. then u can easily talk like this, The merit system is working well, and it's time members learnt to live with it.
i need about 18 merits to rank up (maybe 1 month delay after activity rank up).
