This question has been asked and answered several times already on this thread.
Briefly, if you bought BAR tokens on HitBC AFTER Feb. 21 you will not get new TBAR tokens. You missed the hardfork block. Your cheap purchase of BARS in hopes of getting more expensive TBAR in a swap will not happen.
