Why are the price so low in the decentralized exchanges??
At ICO value (1ETH = 800PDI) each token was 0.00125ETH.
Currently is being traded at 0.000025!!! Way bellow ICO price! Why is this?? All bounty dumps?

This is too good project to sell its token at such small price! For this reason, the market is so unstable - in the pursuit of the dollars, the holders are ruining it!

They are not real holders but bounty hunters, nobody would sell it for 1/20 value of what was paid, just wait for a real exchange and announcements.
