Not only satoshibones, almost all bitcoin sites are nuts now day with fees. I had bad experience with sites like nitrogensports and localbitcoins.
You might want to checkout bustadice/bustabit -- both popular sites and one of the few sites that actually handles bitcoin payments properly, and extremely cheaply.
