Isn't much better if you will allow other sellers to add their real estate too? I think that's more interesting for customers since there would be a variety of choices.
It's like an all-in-one spot/platform for real estate with the focus on cryptocurrency payment. Maybe, just add a special view for your own real estate to highlight it between regular sellers or monetize the site by adding exclusive option.

Actually this is in development. Very soon user will be allowed to insert their real estate and have their personal dashboard.

For the exclusive option, this screenshould would be a great example. I got this from one of our car selling site.
People will pay additional btc for a featured spot on the homepage or maybe on the search result. (should be the first to appear)
