From my experience you can pretty much use any cards and Paypal will accept it.
I never heard an issue with Crypto Debit card and Paypal mixed together under one Paypal account, but do mind that Paypal might freeze your account and ask for a bank statement linked to your card.
This is a problem if you use prepaid or virtual card as there are no bank statement to be made.
Try it at your own risk, I personally wouldn't try it with how itchy paypal's finger on its freeze button
