I read the proposal document that DCORP released. I am struggling to see what the benefit will be for DCORP holders. It seems that the only benefit will be DRPS holders will get a dividend. Can you please confirm all the benefits to DRPU/DRPS holders over and above what is in the paper which is vague.

Also, how does the latest news impact the decision of choosing DRPU bs DRPS? I amstill havent converted and is there any benefits to switch now vs waiting for later?
