I want to know where you live with your family after you sold your house. Is your family aware of your decision and do they support you? The risk of doing so is great. Do you think that you really think it is worth it?
Actually, that's the biggest thing that the OP should think about when selling his house. Where will they stay, or what is his next plan. The impulse selling/buying would just lead him to unexpected negative result.
Probably OP is obsessed with BTC, and wants to give it "all in" while the price is low.
