About a week ago I ordered one of these USD cards via BIPS. I received it today, but everything is in Polish and I have no idea how to activate or fund it   I went to the bank's website, but again, no idea what to do and I don't want to screw something up.

How do I find the bank account information of the card? (routing and account numbers, etc)
