Yes bitcoin is really secure. no one can steal bitcoin, except for our own carelessness. 
The government can not be that easy to ban bitcoin transactions, because bitcoin is the future.
Apart from that, bitcoin is a peer-to-peer digital currency which is fast, secure, and decentralized. How can a hacker hack the decentralized network backed with strong and unbreakable cryptography? it is impossible. How can the government ban digital currency that is peer-to-peer which work on the internet? to ban bitcoin completely you must first shut down the web which all impossible too. The government can not be that easy to ban bitcoin transactions, because bitcoin is the future.
