This is very low - they have to push their ICO advertising to the max.Still a lot of time until the ICO would finish,but the amount bought so far is not even half of the private presale. Probably the low price of the ETH is not helping either.Is the price of the ETH pegged now or calculated on the fly?

It is true,that it is not bad.Couple of years ago this amount would be the normal.The question is if it is going to impact anything or not.If the sale is going to be like this until April i don't expect more than 10 mill raised,compared to the max cap/expected 33 mill/.So from investors point of view: is this going to impact the roadmap or not? I don't remember what will happen with the remaining unsold COINs. Will it be burned or just will go into the reserve? Ofc for us it is much better if it is burned.
